Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 July 2026

By using LokalText, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What LokalText is

LokalText is an AI-assisted writing tool that generates draft eulogies and obituaries based on information you provide. It is a starting point for your own writing, not a finished, ready-to-publish document, and not a substitute for professional writing, legal, medical, financial, or funeral-planning advice.

Your responsibility for generated content

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content generated by LokalText before using, publishing, printing, or delivering it — including checking names, dates, and facts for accuracy. LokalText and its operators are not liable for errors, omissions, or any consequences arising from content generated by the tool.

Ownership of what you generate

You own the eulogy or obituary text generated for you, and are free to edit, publish, print, or share it without attribution to LokalText.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LokalText to generate content that is defamatory, that impersonates a real person without authorization, or that is used to harass, deceive, or harm others. We may suspend access for misuse.

Free usage & paid plans

The free tier provides a limited number of generations per day. The Keepsake Pass and Enterprise plans provide expanded access as described on the pricing page at time of purchase. Manual editing of generated text does not count against any generation limit.

No warranty

LokalText is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LokalText after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
